Shiloh was abandoned out in Palm Desert. He was rescued and found his way to OB Dog Beach. He has become an avid ocean swimmer, boogieboarder, sailor and kayaker. He enjoys meeting the lovely bikini clad ladies laying out on blankets in the sun.
