Mount Dora, FLPet's Quirks
Lucy solves difficult treat puzzles in minutes. Linus hides under the bed comforter and thinks he is invisible.Pet's Story
Miss Lucy and Mr. Linus adopted me when they were kittens in April 2014. I was working as a volunteer in the San Diego Humane Society Cat Behavior Center and the moment I entered the room Linus found a way to climb onto the bench I was sitting on and curl up in my lap. Lucy immediately climbed into my lap and started grooming him. The adoption coordinator smiled and asked me if I wanted to put them on a 24-hour hold. As a dog parent most of my life I declined but somehow drifted back into the adoption center and their room the next day. Once again, still dressed in his tuxedo, Linus found his way into my lap and again Lucy started grooming him. The adoption coordinator grinned from ear to ear and immediately started the adoption paperwork. I was being adopted! I am truly blessed they choose me and have given me lots of love and affection since the day they brought me home.
