Pet's Quirks
LOvEs showers and safflower seeds. Hates his cage cleaned, it's his territory!! NO one should be in there!! Not for more food or clean water.

Pet's Story
Sir Reg was once a racing pigeon who was injured, found and taken to SDHS for care. His injuries were such that one wing was partially amputated and he then needed a new home. He has found one with stairs leading to his cage since he can no longer fly and a gate to keep him from falling down a flight of stairs. During some "out" time from his cage I had a hard time finding him for about five minutes, I located him in the shower. He now gets "alone" time in the shower from time to time but can hop in whenever it's in use. His complete wing was dyed blue by previous owners and after eight months he's molted about half of the blue feathers and is on his way to his original colors.
