Pet's Story
The stars were aligned in our favor the day my family adopted Boone. Never could we have dreamed of a more perfectly handsome gentleman. We had a special connection - I was his and he was mine. Big Boone would not only survive 5 surgeries in his 14 years but he thrived each time and healed like a champion. He had an iron will & determination to live for his family. I couldn’t ask for a more sweet and pure soul. I am blessed beyond measure. Boone held out for 14 years and 1 month exactly before his cancer finally made it impossible for me to let him go on any further in pain. Even though I made the right decision in letting him go, I feel him with me and I think I will for the rest of my life. Boone was one in a million.
