Pet's Story
Rainbow Rose is the sole survivor of 9 littermates. Her mom was abandoned pregnant in Baja. Shortly after being rescued she gave birth to 9 pups of which 6 died immediately. A foster mom and dad brought mama & babies to their home. A few days later pups came down with parvo virus and two more passed away. Rainbow is a pup of Misty's (weather related name) and the Rose in Rainbow Rose comes from our friend Rose Schindler who wrote " Two who Survived" a Auschwitz and Holocausts survivor. Rainbow Rose and her mama Misty were both adopted and are really happy in their new home.
