Pet's Story
My partner and I went to the humane society to visit a cat I wanted to get for my Grandma. The following day was clear the shelters so thought it would be nice to see her in case she did get adopted that weekend, and maybe warm her up for some other people. Then they brought out a litter of 7 cattle dog puppies. I knew nothing about them and hadn't even considered getting a dog. While we waited an hour or so to meet her, I read about the breed and got terrified, but my partner was so excited, said he would give up everything he loved to take care of her. We ended up getting the pick of the litter and brought this perfect girl home. She has lit up our life every single day and I'm so thankful she is ours and we are hers.
