Pet's Story
Found as a young dog on the streets of Escondido and adopted from SDHS Escondido campus 11 years ago, Skye was initially very scared of people. She quickly warmed up to those she trusted and has become much more accepting of strangers. She loves anything you are eating, belly rubs, back rubs, ear rubs, and chest rubs, curling up on the couch or bed next to a favorite person, briefly chasing the younger dogs in her family around the yard, and lounging in the sun. She recently completed radiation treatment for a nasal tumor and is breathing easy again, hopefully for many more years.
