Pet's Story
I first saw Gizmo in the hospital at SDHS and immediately knew I needed to take her into my office. She came in as a stray with some mild neurologic signs and a broken pelvis, likely secondary to some type of trauma. I immediately feel in love with her and took her home to "foster" and make sure she would fit well with the other animals. Needless to say, she never returned to the shelter, except now to come to work with me.
