Pet's Quirks
Shadow is a black lab mix who has a great “side eye” look. Riley is the “class clown” and loves to provoke Shadow and give him the “zoomies”.

Pet's Story
We got Riley as a puppy from an animal rescue. Riley is quick to please, loves to lick and will do everything he can to try to lick you in the face. We adopted Shadow, a black lab mix, a year later from another animal rescue, during Covid for Riley to have a play pal. Playing catch is their favorite thing to do (after sleeping). Riley is easily jealous when Shadow gets attention and tries to burn a hole in the side of Shadow’s head with his laser vision. Shadow loves his play pool and often goes in after playing catch and drops the ball in the water and pushes it around. He’s a tremendous athlete, flying through the air and catches the ball as though he’s in a “style points” competition. Riley is a great scout and easily finds toys and treats that we hide for him to find. Riley created his own game of balancing the ball on the side of his bed, eventually pushing it off and then chasing it down. These two loving dogs have so much personality and bring us so much joy, unconditional love, laughter and happiness. We can’t imagine our lives without them. Vote for the brothers!
