Mateo loves being held, long walks around the catio, pinning down his little brother, and head-butting his humans for attention!

Pet's Story
I lost my 18 year old cat last year and months later was ready again to rescue. We fell in love with Mateo just from his pet adoption photo and description, then it was all over when we went to the rescue and he head-butted us and cuddled right away! His name was oroginally King Tut aka short king, but since he came from Mexico we renamed him Mateo, sometimes affectionately referred to as King Mateo! A month later we rescued his new little brother Colby and they are now best friends. Mateo is our model and Colby...has a great personality. They love their outdoor catio, backyard tunnel, climbing cat wall, and are living their best life!
