Pet's Story
Tussi was found in a dumpster at Balboa Park, just a tiny three-month-old kitten with a big personality already brewing. A friend rescued her and asked if I could care for her while they were out of town for two months. It was supposed to be temporary—but Tussi had other plans.

By the time those two months were up, she had completely stolen my heart and bonded with my two older cats. When my friend couldn’t take her back, it felt like the universe had already decided—Tussi was meant to be mine.

She’s curious, chaotic, and endlessly entertaining. I’ve had to childproof the cabinets to keep her from sneaking snacks (her favorite is “cat sushi”—those thin, flaky, extra-stinky fish strips). She loves to torment her big sisters and rule the house with playful mischief.

I always said two cats was my limit. But Tussi is the third we never knew we needed. And we needed her more than we could have ever imagined. She’s brought so much joy, laughter, and love into our home—and we love her more than words can say.
