Pet's Story
We adopted McDreamy on August 2022 at the SDHS- San Diego campus. I have heard he used to be a stray dog? I wanted to know more about his story and how he got to the shelter. What he was like during at that time. Now, we have him for almost 3 years and we couldn't be happier. It was challenging the very first weeks or months but it is rewarding knowing that we were able to give someone like him hope, a place he can call home and a family. The journey is not easy but we make sure to look at the brighter side. Now, we enrolled him on an in person training and it made so much difference. We can now take him out for a walk without him barking and lounging at people. He had some behavioral issues and we are slowly learning how to understand him even more. We are very happy to have him. We not only changed his life but our lives has also changed because of him.
