Stole mama and papa’s socks like it was her life’s work

Pet's Story
Our sweet Shelby girl passed away unexpectedly last month during a surgery she needed. Absolutely heart-shattering. Shelby had the soul of an angel, no one looked into your eyes and deep into your soul like she did. She had a human-like personality: she’d push laptops and phones off your lap and out of your hands, patiently waited for a fresh bed to be made before laying in it, gave the sweetest kisses, licked the tears off your face if you were sad, and had three voice commands including “I love you.” Shelby was shy with most, but a LOVER for the lucky few, kind and emotionally intelligent beyond words. She loved mango, strawberries, oranges, watermelon, and could eat corn *on the cob*. As a Portuguese Water Dog, her favorite place on Earth was the beach, until, of course, she found SNOW. Shelby was and is a once-in-a-lifetime dog and will be forever missed.
