Pet's Story
Rosie's previous owner was apprehended and previous owner's family took over her care. For unknown reasons, Rosie was surrendered to Human Society twice within a month. She was then adopted the day before Thanksgiving by her new parents. Since her adoption, she has bonded with her new family and showcases new quirks and endless smiles every day
