Pet's Story
Blanche's story began with a miracle. She was rescued by the Arizona Humane Society after she and her littermates were found abandoned in a dumpster on a scorching July day in 2019, a rescue that made national news. When my name was called first in the adoption raffle, I truly felt like I'd won the lottery.

What makes her story even more special is that she came into my life exactly seven years to the day after I lost my beloved dog, Sweet Pea. It felt like fate. Blanche is Sweet Pea's tiny lookalike, and every day she reminds me that love has a way of finding us again.

A little later, Blanche needed a best friend, and that's when George joined our family through a rehoming. He's the goofy athlete of the pair, endlessly obsessed with fetch and always ready to show off one of his many tricks. Blanche, on the other hand, is our supermodel. Mention "chicken chips," and she'll strike a pose worthy of any camera.

Together, they're a perfect match, keeping us laughing with their nonstop antics and reminding us every day that rescue pets don't just get a second chance, they give us one too.
