Pet's Story
Eevee and Espie are daughter Acacia’s dogs, and Bentley and Artemis are mom Amber’s dogs, but we all live together for now, along with our three lizards. We adopted Artemis (beagle mix) and Eevee (husky mix) from a Humane Society when they were around six months and seven months old. We adopted our pug named Bentley from a sanctuary (because my son always wanted a pug) after an unethical breeder was done using him and had discarded him at six years old. He was in really bad shape with 14 bad teeth, an eye infection, a double ear infection, worm eggs in his stool, and wasn’t yet fixed—we got all of that taken care of in the first week we got him and he has been living his best life since. And we added our wild Dalmatian Espie to the mix when we found her dumped at a rescue at just 3 months old because of a deformity on her front right paw. They all love treats, new toys, running in the back yard, going on adventures, and the girls all like cuddling with Bentley.
