A little about me...
Richard has been a Volunteer Firefighter for over 25 yrs. He was originally with Lancaster FD and has been with the Gowanda FD for over 15 yrs. He also heads up the Rope Rescue, Swift water and Ice Water teams. The team is vital to the rescues made in Zoar Valley. His dedication to serve and protect the community is unsurpassed!
