Georgie is a 1.5 year old shih tzu who was surrendered to Second Chance in October 2024. The rescue knew I was looking for a Shih tzu following the loss of my senior last May, so they reached out to me to see if I was interested in her. After a brief transition period (where I was questioning my sanity getting a puppy) she very quickly realized she was safe here and has blossomed into an absolutely hilarious goofball who keeps us laughing every day. She is quite the character and we can’t imagine our house without her. We are so thankful to Second Chance for trusting us with her.
