My dog is my hero because he has been with me through some of the toughest times in my life, including the Schultz Fire, the flood that followed and divorce. Through it all, this non-cuddly dog has learned to cuddle and snuggle with me and seems to instinctively know when I need his affection. I can't imagine life without him!
