CONTEST TERMS
The Voting for the contest runs for a total of four weeks (4) and 3 days, beginning Monday, May 14, 2018 at 4pm EST through Sunday, June 3, 2018 at 4pm EST.

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who reside in the State of New York and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of January 1, 2018. Employees of the Rome Sentinel Company and employees of the Rome Humane Society, Angels of Fur K-9 Rescue, Dr. Lawton and other recipients of donated funds and each of their respective divisions, affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (including immediate family members or those living in the same household) and any other print or electronic media operating and doing business in Central New York are not eligible to enter the Contest.

HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. Submit a photo of your pet at RomeSentinel.com April 4th-May 4th 2018.

CONTEST RULESPRIZES
There will be a total of one (1) grand prize winner which consists of a “Pamper Me” gift basket with various items for a pet and pet owner. The prize winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release form in order to be eligible to accept the prize. No substitution or transfer of the prize will be allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Rome Sentinel Company. The Rome Sentinel Company reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value. All local, state and federal taxes incurred by accepting a prize will be the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. The prize must be claimed within 30 days of the last day of the contest (June 3rd 2018) or becomes the property of the Rome Sentinel Company.

DRAWING DATE
The winner will be drawn on or around June 17th 2018. Decisions of the Rome Sentinel Company regarding the contest are final. The Rome Sentinel Company is not responsible for any issues with network connectivity or uploading or downloading of photos.

CONDITIONS
By entering, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Rome Sentinel Company, which are binding and final, and release the Rome Sentinel Company, and anyone associated with the production of this Contest, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any claims, injuries, losses or damages (including attorneys fees) of any kind arising out of their participation in this contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. The potential prizewinner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption. In the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules, if prize is refused, not claimed within 30 days or cannot be accepted for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and become the property of the Rome Sentinel Company. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness and/or statements attributed to winner regarding the Contest, for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation or consent. All entries become the property of the Rome Sentinel Company. This Contest shall only be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the state of New York, without regard to the principles of conflicts of laws and submission of any entry constitutes acceptance of such laws. This Contest is void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
