four years ago in late October, the weather was starting to turn cold as I was gathering logs to get a fire started for the evening, I heard a tiny little mew, coming from under the tarped logs. I squatted down trying to see the little mew, he was not going to show himself, but he was talking to me, he was hungry, I run into the house fixed the little mew a bowl of cat food with a bowl of water, I placed it under the tarp logs, but still, to no avail no sightings of the mew. Several times a day I would get on my hands and knees, which is a great gesture, due to my age, I explained to the little mew, that it was soon to rain and get cold, not to mention that Purrsilly, my older cat was stalking the log pile, she was not sharing her digs with any brat cat! Several days went by with me on my knees with my hand extended so he would know my scent. . . Low and behold, finally he got into my hand, when that happened I exclaimed lookie what I've got, a tiny black & white polka dotted kitty. I didn't name him right away, I watched him, after a few days, he showed me his name, he was the greatest soccer player ever i.e. Pele'! After four years Purrsilly finally warmed up to Pele'. Pele' is strictly an inside Kitty!
