Dog's Story or Bio
My daughter saw Marshall at a Shadow Husky event and said we needed him. An older dog, he needed his own person. He was with a foster and was helping with medical huskies. When I lost my personal dog, my first thought was of Marshall. We adopted him and introduced him to ranch life. He was overweight and we discovered that his thyroid was not functioning. A year later, he has lost between 40 and 50 lbs and runs everywhere. As an older guy, he tends to be stoic but if you stop petting and loving on him, he lets you know you shouldn't stop. Today part of his routine is to walk the perimeters of the ranch and check out the fence line then he sits and surveys his property. The photo is of him looking at the horses in the pasture after his walk around. He rarely sits still for a photo. he is either moving or sleeping.
