Dog's Story or Bio
Luna was adopted from the Inland Valley Humane Society in Pomona, CA on April 2nd, 2019 as a full grown pup. Lou Wegner (founder of Kids Against Animal Cruelty) and Sara Kassicieh, were there to network another Husky named Balto when they saw Luna hiding in the back corner of her pen. She was said to be a stray prior and was full of fear and anxiety. Now, Luna has grown into the most loving, silly, and gentle companion they could have ever wanted! She is cute and cuddly and brings joy to Lou and Sara’s lives daily. If it weren’t for Balto (who was successfully rescued) they would have never found Luna (who had no interest) and took her home!
