Shiba Prom is an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 organization of Shiba Inu owners and enthusiasts formed for charitable purposes. Our mission is to support Shiba Inus and Shiba Inu mixes that have been abandoned, neglected, and/or denied medical care due to lack of funds.                                                                 

Shiba Prom is an online fundraiser that was created as a way for Shibas, their “pawrents”, and Shiba lovers to do what they do best: have fun and make friends with other Shibas and Shiba lovers worldwide.

Just like a real prom, Shiba Prom features live music, fun DJs, and a “dance floor” all livestreamed in a fast-moving group chat in the Slack messaging app. The DJs announce contest winners, award raffle prizes, host an open "Shibacocktail” bar, and raise even more money through tips for the “barktender.” It’s all a whole lot of fun!
