Balance

This is one of several great photos taken during an eastern Sierras workshop, and the one I rushed to print. Its the one that, to me, most speaks 'Sierras', and brings me back to my backpacking days along the John Muir. I may not make it to the back country again, but I sure do want the next 100+ generations to be mesmerized the way I was, and still remain, waking in the morning, and seeing scenes like this.
