• Sir Snowy Projects Magic Pawsome Moments Contest Rules
• The minimum donation to enter the photo contest is $10 (Donated to Sir Snowy Projects) includes FIVE FREE VOTES to submit one picture
• Multiple entries encouraged. Each entry will be judged separately.
• The contest is open to all cats and dogs mixed and purebred.
• You can have as many fur babies as you want in the photo but please no other species(humans included!)
• You may submit photos to be posted online starting on August 22. Voting in the 2019 Magic Pawsome Moments fundraising contest starts August 23, 2019 and runs through Sept 30, 2019
• Vote = $1 per vote. People can vote as often as they like and votes will be displayed on the contest web page as they come in.
• Watch your votes grow each day – voting starts August 23, 2019 at 12 am CET and ends Sept 30, 2019 at 11:59:59 pm CET.
• Winners will be announced on the Sir Snowy Cat website, https://sirsnowycat.org, and Social Media. Selecting a winner is extremely difficult, that's why we're leaving the choice to you, though we do have a surprise! Through voting, 100% of the proceeds go to help the kitties and cats at Sir Snowy Cat Sanctuary & Rescue.

Participation is open to all countries. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Officers, employees and directors of Sir Snowy Projects and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such officers/employees/directors are not eligible to enter the contest.


Click Enter Contest page and follow the directions. Click the choose file button to select a high-quality photo of your pet, list your pet's name, your name. your city and state and country and a brief descriptive bio of your pet (100 words maximum). As an option, you can select a personal fundraising goal for your pet – this is not required to enter the contest, however. When you're finished, click the submit button. Your pet's photo will upload to the contest site and you'll be shown the information you entered, including your pet's photo. If you want to change anything about your entry, click modify entry and change the relevant information. Otherwise, click to Continue to donation page to complete the entry process.

Get your friends and relatives to vote for your pet to win! Every dollar equals one point; the pet with the highest number of points will be the Top Magic Pawsome Moment for 2019 and all the money raised helps the cats & kitties at Sir Snowy Projects Sanctuary & Rescue


There are two ways to vote:

Online Voting: Entries received will be judged by public vote on the website.

Visitors to www.gogophotocontest.com/sirsnowycat will have the opportunity to select their favorite entries by following the online instructions. Online voting allows voters to vote for as many photos as they like by donating to the rescue in the name of the candidates. Each $1 donated will count as ONE vote

Voting by E-Mail: In addition to the online system, voting can be done by mail. Votes via email are restricted to a $20 minimum and must be received by noon on Sept 30 CET, 2019. After noon on Sept 30 CET, only online votes will be allowed. For an email-in vote to be counted, each email must include the name of the nominated pet and its owner as well as the nominator's name and email address and a receipt for the donation . Donations from email-in votes that do not include this information will be applied to Sir Snowy Projects general donation fund and not applied to contest entrants.

General: As a condition to receiving any prize, winners agree to the use of their names, likenesses, biographical information and Entries (including but not limited to the Photo) for purposes of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Additionally, by participating in this Fundraiser, or by accepting a prize, all participants agree to release Sponsor from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever which may occur in connection with, preparation for, or participation in Fundraiser, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Fundraiser-related activity and claims based on publicity rights, copyright/trademark infringement, intellectual property rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Neither the Sponsor nor their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, divisions nor related companies are responsible for any damages, taxes, or expenses that winners might incur as a result of this Fundraiser or receipt of prize. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Additional Terms. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Fundraiser should (in its sole discretion) viruses, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Fundraiser. In such case, Sponsor will select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Fundraiser or website.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE FUNDRAISER MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Use of Data. By participating in the Fundraiser, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy.
