It’s a bird, no it’s a plane, no its Charlie who had to have flown in his past lives. He is truly obsessed with what’s moving up above. This brilliant boy was adopted from Siskiyou Humane Society. He loves his mom more than life and goes with her everywhere. Charlie wrote the book on loyalty. Shaping any behavior is effortless and he is a camera ham. Should have been a model.
