Roscoe was surrendered to a kill shelter because he was "too old". Needless to say, he was sprung from the clink. Roscoe is the HAPPIEST pug you will ever meet. He wags his tail all the time. Roscoe enjoys watching TV and dislikes commercials. He loves his canine and feline sisters.
