Miss Hannah had a rough start in life, but somehow never lost her happy and calm personality. She was rescued two years ago from a puppy mill, where she was a breeder. She had been at the Humane Society of Calvert County for two years, before I accidentally stumbled across her. HSCC had posted a FB post in February 2016, asking for volunteers to foster dogs for the weekend, because they weren't positive if their generators would hold during the upcoming storm. I thought "why not?" and the volunteers chose Miss Hannah to go with me. From that point on, Miss Hannah never went back to the kennel and I adopted her after I changed jobs that allowed me to give her a stable home. She's the perfect dog for me.
