Your Pet's Story or Bio
Cookie is a 12 year old yellow Labador Retriever mix and has been a volunteer therapy pet for over four years. She is a cancer survivor (sacrcoma) and has a special connection with the hospice patients she visits. Cookie's family adopted her when she was just 8 weeks old and named after the color and sweetness of sugar cookies. She has always lived up to her name!!! Our family adores her and now that she has reached her senior years, we have ramps, special stairs, and occasionally we lift and carry her so she may continue providing community service as a therapy pet.

She warms hearts, brightens days, and brings smiles to everyone she meets and visits. That is why we share her with our community and afford everyone the opportunity to experience and know the pure joy and unconditional love of a dog named Cookie:)
