Susie was found as a stray at just over a year old. She was young, pregnant and heartworm positive. After weaning her puppies, seeing them all get adopted, and completing her heartworm treatment it was finally her turn for a forever home and I'm so glad she found us. This picture was taken at the shelter as we finished her adoption paperwork and she looked back out over her kennel. She is quirky, sweet and so funny. She absolutely adores her two new human brothers and is quick to wag her tail for anyone she meets but she has a huge soft spot for children. She absolutely adores all children- the smaller, the better. She is such a sweet girl at heart and keeps us laughing all day long.
