Welcome to the 3rd Southern Maryland Community Resources (SMCR) Costume Photo Contest!

Now that in-person events are back, SMCR anticipates even more entries in our Virtual Costume Photo Contest. At whatever costume-wearing event you go to, snap those perfect photos and enter them into this virtual contest in the category of your choosing. We have ALL NEW categories this year to include babies and pets!!! Plus, we’re keeping the contest open until AFTER Halloween so you can take those pics and enter on Halloween itself. Help spread the word to get friends and family voting on your entries!

Voting ends at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, November 1st, and our winners will be announced on November 2nd.

1. $50 cash prize for top winner in each category: Baby, Child, Teen/Adult, Pets
