Interesting information about the animal
This West African Gaboon viper (Bitis rhinoceros) was found near Kindia, Guinea in West Africa and now lives in the serpentarium of the Intitut de Recherche en Biologie Apliquee de Guinee (IRBAG). A venomous snake known for its impressive size and distinctive geometric patterning, the Gaboon viper is notable for its broad, triangular head, resembling the large leaves found in the African rainforest, and its exceptionally long fangs, which help it efficiently capture prey.
