The Asclepius Snakebite Foundation (ASF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping victims of snakebite around the world.
Snakebite is a major neglected tropical disease, affecting millions of people every year. We support the World Health Organization's goal to cut the number of global deaths from snakebite in half by 2030. As part of this initiative, we established a Snakebite Center of Excellence in Guinea, Africa, and continue to develop a network of snakebite clinics worldwide. We treat snakebite victims, train local medical teams and supply clinics with medical equipment and antivenoms. We also work with local researchers to conduct research into snakebites, venoms, human-wildlife conflicts, and conservation. In addition, we actively engage with local communities through public health initiatives.
ASF is entirely volunteer-run. All donations are tax-deductible (to the full extent allowed by law in your country) and directly improve outcomes for snakebite victims. More information about ASF can be found at
