Mangle was the runt from the litter. No one wanted her & she was very shy so no one paid attention. My son Stephan saw her along with her siblings & she got up waved at him.

A runt chihuahua not that often found. She shows that the right fur baby can find their fur parent. All wrapped up inches of love.
