I'm what you call a Shady Paws girl. That means I am a lucky girl. You see I was older when my owner had to surrender me to SCBR. And since most people want young dogs, us older dogs sometimes get overlooked. But my new Daddy and Mommy took me the very day I was surrendered. I didn't have to spend even one night in the kennels. Oh, I know I'm considered a foster dog, but you'd never know it. My Daddy loves me so much that, when he's away from home he FaceTimes with me. I've had so much fun the last 2 1/2 years I've been living here. I've had cool sisters and a pesky little brother. I've gotten to be an ambassador for SCBR. I've got all these aunts and uncles and cousins and they all think I'm pretty special. But the thing I love the most is sitting on my Daddy's lap while he watches tv. Is it any wonder I like to FaceTime with him when he's away? I think not.
