Louie is our adopted rescue bulldog was born with no eyes and though he is blind, you would never know it from his very full life his lives.

Louie is a typical bulldog puppy, at one minute he is going at 110% and in a matter of seconds he is 'flopped down' on the tile asleep because he's all worn out. Louie has made up for the lack of sight with exception hearing, smell and feeling his way thought our home. Louie feels with his paws the difference between the flooring materials, his face and tongue catch breezes from open doors. Louie, like all dogs has an exception sense of smell and knows 'which dad' is where, runs towards fresh cut grass and knows which yard has flowers growing.

Louie's sense of smell and sound also let's him 'hunt down' is favorite bother bulldog for a long round of bulldog wrestling that would last hours if we didn't intervene at some point.

While Louie cant' see the world around him, his lack of eye sight doesn't stop him from experiencing the world around him.
