Havoc is the best Frenchie around! He is turning 2 in October Havoc was rescued in August of 2024 by SCFBR and was a foster fail! Everyone who meets Havoc says he is their favorite Frenchie. He loves people and dogs and has never met a stranger. Havoc loves hanging out with his besties at the dog park and he knows all the best places that give out free treats in downtown San Diego!
