Blue Bell is the SWEETEST little girl you will ever meet despite the torture she's experienced. Her previous owners ran her over and left her to die but thanks to some caring people she ended up in a rescue and ultimately in my loving arms. She is paralyzed but has been going to weekly physical therapy for months and is improving. She's spunky, loving, happy and finally enjoying life the way it was meant to be!
