Your Pet's Story or Bio
Lyla was 8 when we rescued her from a pound. She has been the sweetest dog I have ever known, and has assisted me through good and bad times. She loves to go camping in the caravan, and snuggling in her special sleeping bag, as can be seen in this photo. Lyla has been loved by all who meet her, and has been very successful in helping those who are lonely or far from home. She has been a friend to all who meet her, including her sister, Marty the princess parrot. This competition is important to Lyla and myself, as my sister is a veterinarian, and I have seen the pressures and challenges of the profession. I hope the little I offer in this contest makes a positive difference :)
