Your Pet's Story or Bio
Sophie was adopted from a Rescue in Gillingham just before lockdown in 2020. She had been ‘gifted’ to the rescue so in other words no longer wanted by her original owner for whatever reason, and was approximately 18 months old. She was described as a cross between a Boston terrier and a chihuahua though I think they possibly meant a border terrier and goodness knows where they got chihuahua from as she’s about the size of a beagle! Her name was Lola but as we had a cat called Leyla, we thought it would be wise to change her name and chose ‘Sophie’. She has proved over and over again that we definitely made the right choice and is a much loved member of our family.
