How did you come to adopt your rescue animal and how does your pet bring joy to your life?
We visited Rosie’s animal shelter at the beginning of November 2017 and were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and care that we observed! Upon entering the cat room, Chuckles the cat greeted us with a purr and a head boop! He was so loving and kind and he has a purr that brings everyone in our home so much joy! We knew we had to make arrangements to have him become a member of our family! At our next visit, we found out Chuckles had a respiratory infection and was under veterinarian care! We were heartbroken as we were prepared to bring him home that day but we knew he was in great hands. We visited our Chucky baby multiple times until he was finally cleared to come home! As soon as we brought him home, we learned that this cat was extraordinary! He is so smart and funny :) Chuckles sleeps right on the bed with us and purrs so loudly each night. He suckles on his special pillow to fall asleep and makes biscuits on his favorite blanket! He can even open doors! He is so cute and loves to play with his two new kitten brothers. He entertains us each day with his hilarious personality and he has enriched our lives just by being his amazing and adorable self! Chuckles shows his gratitude each day by providing us an endless amount of cuddles and love. He makes our family complete!
