How did you come to adopt your rescue animal and how does your pet bring joy to your life?
We knew from the moment we saw Ripley (formerly Butterscotch), that she was meant to be ours. Her sweet, but scared self needed a loving home that was willing to be patient with all her struggles. She has overcome so much in 3 years and she has shown us that she is a very vibrant and playful girl. She has brought so much joy to us!! Ripley melts our hearts every time we look at her! She patiently waits for our arrival home after work and is such a great stress reliever. Her favorite time of day is cuddle time. She finds comfort under blankets and thoroughly enjoys car rides no matter the destination. She gets spoiled with lots of blankets, toys, and treats. Thank you Southside Animal Shelter for taking care of her until she found her forever home!!!
