Reggie (left) is a SWESR adoptee who had a very hard life in Texas before we adopted him several years ago. He was abused and very neglected before he got loose and his owners were forced to surrender him. A dozen SWER volunteers tag-teamed, driving him north to Kansas City from Texas, so that we could pick him up halfway from Wisconsin. An amazing feat! He and Howie have become great buds and Howie taught Reggie how to play and enjoy life. Our setter boys bring us incredible joy!
