Your Pet's Rescue Story
Although Thea was not a rescued Dobie, she has always been very special to us. In April 2017, Thea became paralyzed in all 4 legs. The neurologist ordered a MRI on her where we learned her C5-C6 disc ruptured and was compressing on her spine. She was given a 75% chance of walking again. We were not ready to give up! We went through with the extensive surgery. After a awesome neurologist, lots of in home therapy, determination, patience, love, many sleepless nites, support and Prayers, our Thea is walking on all 4 legs. Thea was a very determined girl who fought everyday and she won! Today, you wouldn’t even know she was paralyzed.
