Tapsi is a three-legged Morkie adopted one year ago. She was brought to the United States from Germany and lived with her first family for eight years. After an accident, Tapsi's right front leg was amputated but this loss has not diminished her mobility or zest for life. She loves all humans she encounters and will soon begin work as a therapy dog with Pets on Wheels.
