To call Rhonda a goofball is an understatement! She loves to play with her toys, curl up in blankets, and thinks she's a lapdog! She always has staff and volunteers at the shelter smiling!

Rhonda is best suited in a home where she can be the Queen of the Castle, which she most certainly deserves!
