Meet Barnie!

Barnie is a two-year-old mini Labradoodle and proud troublemaker from Southern Brevard County. Rescued from Ocala, he now lives his best life in Palm Bay with his family, including his mom, dad, and three very patient feline siblings.

Barnie enjoys all the classic dog hobbies: chasing squirrels at full speed, counter surfing when no one is looking, and sounding the alarm anytime the doorbell rings. He also insists that his cats are actually his best friends… even if they’re not always convinced.

Sweet, loving, and incredibly treat-motivated, Barnie stole our hearts from the moment he came home. He’s never met a stranger, is always ready to try a new snack, and believes every piece of paper deserves to be shredded.

Barnie lives life with endless energy, curiosity, and joy. To him, the world is one big playground, and everyone he meets is his new best friend… especially if they have a biscuit in their hand!

Why does your pet deserve to be crowned Purr-rom royalty?
Barnie is truly the sweetest boy. He loves everyone he meets, and vice versa. His demeanor and manners would make him a very good candidate as he gets along well with other dogs and follows (most) instructions. He is also SO handsome and would love for a chance to show off his new suit.

Barnie was rescued from a woman who was still selling animals after her shelter was shutdown due to animal neglect and unfortunately loss. We feel so grateful to have found Barnie, who was a joyful puppy from the start. My husband is allergic to dogs, but cannot live without them, thus hypoallergenic Barnie was the perfect addition to our family. His personality and loving nature are very suiting for a purr-om king! We hope you think so too! 😊
