Pet's Story or Bio
Delta is a 5 year old mini poodle and German Shepherd mix aka German doodle or shepadoodle.
Initially when we adopted Delta as a family pet in January, we recognized our pup was athletic and good at jumping over the couch and baby gate LOL so in Dec 2020, when Delta turned 12 months, we had our first agility lesson which propelled our agility journey and evolved Delta into a well rounded performance dog.
Given his strong his work ethic and being quite food motivated, Delta has been easy and fun to train. From displaying his athleticism by jumping on my back for a back stall to doing more mellow tricks such as sitting pretty like a lemur, he obtained his trick dog champion title at just 23 months old!
He also loves to use his nose and competes in scent work.
For other fun activities, Delta enjoys catch and fetch with the frisbee, dog beach days where we go for zoomies and long walks, hikes in the hills and in general just hanging out with us!
What we love most about Delta is his endearing sweet personality and how he always shows up ready to give his all - we are most grateful to have him in our lives!
