Luca is a German Shepherd mix, saved by Westside GSD Rescue after wandering into a store in a San Bernadino, covered in fleas and ticks, and with hips severely damaged from being hit by a car. He is thriving in his Carmel Meadows home and loves going to the beach with his sister Cayla, also a GSD rescue pup.
